It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. Gpatmcq.com is not responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents / Guardian.
Gpatmcq.com shall not be liable for any delay/ non-delivery of purchased goods (Study materials, Online Tests, any assignments) by the vendors, trade organisation/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Gpatmcq.com.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Gpatmcq.com for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Gpatmcq.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
Gpatmcq.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/ omission of the vendor. Paid services will be started and activated only after receiving the payment. Incomplete payments and requests will not be entertained.
The MCQ practice pack (validity one year) allows user to create test through one year validity period, however, number of tests are restricted. Once the user has reached his/ her test limit, he/ she can buy booster pack within validity period. Once validity period is over he/ she has to buy new pack. Request for additional test in same practice pack will not be entertained.
The account and password provided to user is for single person only. Attempt to login via two different accounts at same time may result in blocking of your access to the data and service.

Gpatmcq.com reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/ venue/ timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final & binding on the students and the parents.
Gpatmcq.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any point of time. The User is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time he/she uses this website. In case of any dispute the final decision shall be of Gpatmcq.com only.
In case of any dispute, arising out of present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Director of Pharmulators Koncept Pvt. Ltd. The seat of arbitrator will be at Delhi only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters
Gpatmcq.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product, which is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the payment has been levied via credit card.
The user agrees to provide authentic and true information. Gpatmcq.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Gpatmcq.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using www.gpatmcq.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
Once payment is made and account is activated, payment will not be refunded at any instance. No refund can be claimed if user is has a ‘problem’ to access content online. Problem may include, but not limited to cookies, computer virus, communication line failure, unauthorized usage, internet connectivity problem etc.
If by mistake, payment is made more than once for the same plan in same period than gpatmcq.com will refund the payment. Refund amount will be calculated after deducting transactional fee. Refunds will be made by cheque in favor of the name of account holder.
